A 10 by 10 sq. feet area is necessary for a complete installation, including the backdrop, booth machine, and a table for props. For setups without a backdrop, a 5 by 5 sq. feet space is required.

2. When does the setup team arrive?

Generally, the setup team plans to arrive 30 minutes before the event start time for booth installation.

3. What types of props are available?

A diverse array of props, consistently refreshed, ensures a broad selection for your event. Options include mustaches, glasses, wigs, lips, themed wedding props, birthday props and many others.

4. What backdrop choices do you offer?

Our backdrop selection ranges from simple color schemes to printed patterns, sequin designs, custom options, and green screen technology. You also have the flexibility to design a personalized backdrop.

5. How high is the photo quality?

Depending on your package, our booths may employ a DSLR camera paired with studio lighting to produce professional-grade photographs, reflecting our dedication to high-quality imagery. We also use a high-end Go Pro camera for 360 videos.

6. What is the required deposit for booking?

Booking our booths necessitates a deposit of a $100 or a percentage of total invoice, securing your preferred date and time. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled. See terms and conditions of the contract for more details.

7. Is there a contract involved?

A contract will be provided for signing online, accompanied by the invoice for your booking.

8. What is the booking process?

To reserve our booths, complete the quote form on our website. Following this, you’ll receive a call from our Sales Rep who will obtain your events details and provide details over our packages. Upon choosing a package, we’ll forward the contract and invoice. Your booking is confirmed upon signing the contract and paying the deposit.
